Why?
The answer is simple, because it's superior to any other method, in any way...
First: Speed, up to bottle filling speed in factory's are reachable.
And that combined with the parallel filling method (for example, 5, 10, 15, or even more drinking vessels) already on a serving tray gives incomparable labour time reduction versus any other beer tapping system!
There is no transfer from single drinking vessels to and from the machine, means, you put a service tray with empty drinking vessels in the machine (like a magazine in a gun), push a button, and faster then you would able to fill one single glass per hand, all of the drinking vessels are full of beer and you can bring the tray to the customers.
No more beer queues, less stress for a smaller service team, more
selling....
And if that not wasn't superior enough, there are even more advantages...
Because the beer doesn't literately "know" that it is moved from the beer keg into the drinking vessel (it's the entire way under pressure), exposed normal pressure not before the filling is finished, the beer keeps more carbon dioxide in itself.
Consequence: It tastes fresher...
And on top of all this things, the machine is able to clean all the hygienic sensible parts by itself!
Because of the necessary fully enclosed container within the filling happens,
its similar to a dish washer.
So tubes with jets are integrated, you connect your hot water or steam line and
the machine clean itself, of course electronic controlled.
Last but not least the machine is small enough to be easily located in the gastronomy environment and has just a few, durable moving parts, so it will need very little maintenance over the years and will last, and last, and last...
When i presented the invention at the IENA in Germany (world biggest trade fair for inventions) it not only won one of the gold medals, but so many people was really exited about the concept.
Although the visitors of the trade fair are of course not really related to beer tapping, a final product instead of my model would have been sold many times
by accident to interested parties (Hotel owners, Hosts, etc) at a price of, say, about 10.000, which i consider as a realistic end consumer price.
Experts in this field say to me, build it, go to the big trade fairs related to brewery, gastro, specific equipment for the event industry, an you will need more than one person to make the contracts...
I'm absolutely convinced that this machine could make people rich, as it happened with the most successful competitor of my invention, the system where the beer is filled through the bottom of the cups.
Just think that my system is even faster, and need no special drinking vessels, with a hole in the bottom...
So its just about the right person who build and sell it.
The market will do the rest...
Corona will soon be a thing of the past...
this machine however, a thing of the future!
