Device for face touching detection, especially for prevention of infection coming from hands or for protection against nails biting, includes a heat element (1) given for wearing near the face and two hand elements (1) given for wearing near the palms. A detection unit (3) evaluates the proximity of the hand element (2) to the head element (1) and is placed in the head element (1) and/or in the both hand elements (2). The detection element (3) is connected with a signal element (4) for signalization of hand proximity to the face zone. The head element (1) is placed in a necklace at the neck or in a collar band, or in a charm of the necklace, or the head element (1) is a part of glasses, or the head element (1) is made as an element given for connection to a helmet. The hand element (2) is given as a bracelet or as a ring, or as a part of a glove or a half-glove. The detection element (1) is a radio-frequency, electromagnetic, magnetic, acoustic-magnetic or optic element.
