[Category : - Agriculture- Food- Organic Chemistry]
[Viewed 789 times]
Our method makes it possible to produce animal feed from the secondary resources of rice processing industry which previously were unusable for such purposes. This is achieved by the process of bio-fermentation treatment using a special active culture. The feed can be used as a component in combined feeds.
Pros of our invention:
- The main ingredient (rice husk) is abundant, easily available and cheap to buy;
- the production line is not complicated, required machinery and facilities are generally already owned by feed producers and are relatively cheap;
- can be fed to wide array of farm animals, from poultry to sheep and cattle;
- recycles waste products of rice processing industry;
- nutritional value is comparable to that of conventional feed.
The main economic effect of our method is that it significantly reduces the cost of feed production.
Financial information-We are looking for either direct sale or a license with royalties on a per country basis.
-Our invention has been marketed and sold in out home country and exhibited good results.
-In terms of production volume, rice production (713 mln MT) is ranked third after corn (1.1 bln MT) and wheat (734.7 mln MT) in the world. Our product uses the waste product of rice processing industry (143 mln MT).
- Valuation of IP rights for our invention worldwide is in the range from 581.6 mln USD to 1272.1 mln USD (based on two valuation methods conducted by third party company)
Detailed market analysis for a number of countries is available.
