These two architectural facade projects are modular houses (mobile, removable) and easy to assemble. with light materials on the metal or wooden structure type movable panels and large and bright windows that can be made at an already existing factory where mobile homes are being built. A modular home has several advantages: nothing is lost from it if it is moved elsewhere and has a short execution time, the finishes are premium and due to the technology with which they are made, its finishes cannot be matched by any traditional built in terms of execution not necessarily the finish as a design. They are very resistant to earthquakes, more than a traditional house, they are thermally efficient, eco-friendly and much cheaper than a traditional house. These two projects were designed to not exceed more than 50 square meters, and the price should be as low as possible (approx. $ 40-50K) to be accessible especially to young people ages 25-40 who cannot afford a traditional house in the USA or in Europe, most of the them being expensive, especially in developed countries.
