this invention is about a washing line adjustable post .
the washing line anchor post has a a bottom screw anchor feature at bottom of the one piece pole.
it is manufactured from mild steel galvanised finish .two piece pole section that has centre a twist grip action that when the grip is activated manually twisting it releases the top pole so you can adjust the height of the pole .
then at required height twist back into locking position
when the pole is to be screws into a firm soil like surface the bottom half of the pole has a a pre drilled hole where you apply the twisting bar to rotate the screwing anchor manually into the ground , the whole pole is 7 foot long but when the pole is set into the ground there is no need for any concrete to hold the pole needed.
the pole itself when in position will extend to 7 feet if require and will lower to 5 foot giving persons of a smaller stature easy access .
