Modern Day Faucet" which works similar to Sensor taps i.e showing hand in front of the tap causes the water to flow, remove the hand and water flow stops instantly. Sensor taps requires power(batteries or electricity) to make those functions and they are too expensive. Our invention Modern Day faucet works purely mechanical, requires no batteries no electricity. It is easy to install & easy to use. Saves water upto 80%. It is Go green concept.

Working: This Modern day faucet replaces aerator on any faucet. Once installed, the tap is left ON. There will be no flow of water untill you operate the metal push rod (joystick). Pressure against the metal rod causes the water to flow, remove the pressure & the water stops instantly. The working of this device is similar to the Sensor taps. But sensor taps requires batteries or power supply to operate. This Modern Day Faucet requires no batteries no electricity. It works purely Mechanical. Effective & efficient water saving in a relatively low cost, low maintenance.
