cartesian robot for soil laboratory

[Category : - ELECTRONICS- MECHANICAL ENGINEERING- OTHER]
[Viewed 827 times]

Our solution is for commercial laboratories, environmental and industrial laboratories, and also soil research institutes and universities. The unique selling point is greater efficiency of The technology is unique on the global market. There are instruments and devices based on the same physical phenomenon - sedimentation, but these are not based on the same technologies. Devices based on the sedimentation method use mechanized kits for soil analysis such as pipettes, sets of flasks and other simple instruments. This is seen mainly in small soil laboratories and university laboratories.

The method uses the phenomenon of sedimentation. The device allows to determine the grain size distribution of the ground material below 0.1 mm, based on the result of the measurement of the apparent weight of the float suspended in the suspension. The time of determination of the grain size composition of the test sample is less than three hours, in the grain diameter range of 0.1 - 0.002 mm. In addition, the device allows to measure the total content of fractions smaller than 0.001 mm, any choice of dimensions and the number of fractions measured.

Our approach is distinguished by the readiness to revolutionize both the world of science (soil science, soil physics, etc.) as well as the market of soil-science laboratories. Unlike other companies producing measuring devices, we are the only one which is working on our own, dynamometric method of grain-size distribution analysis.

Financial information

Soil laboratories are constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and maximize the long-term value of analytical work. More and more institutions choose laboratory automation solutions to maximize the efficiency of their business processes.

We, however, have identified the main customer pains. First of all, labor costs are high. Secondly, the preparation of the analysis samples requires a long time. Finally, conducting the analysis is a lengthy and time-consuming process too. Automation of laboratory processes is the basic challenge of modern laboratory operations. Thank automation work in the laboratory can be easier, safer, and often also healthier. It can contribute to increased efficiency and security, and improve the quality of data. A fully automated process reduces individual error risks and provides standardized lab results quickly, efficiently, and accurately. Manual methods have a greater risk of errors than when the process is automated. Taking into account technological possibilities and new scientific discoveries, we have developed a customer-driven innovation. The competitive advantage is given through the creation of a unique and breakthrough product for the analysis of soil-grain-size distribution: digitalCasagrande™ - Soil Analysis Landmark Technology™. It is specifically tailored for customer satisfaction and to tackle the above-mentioned threefold challenges faced by soil laboratories nowadays.
We are looking for producers of equipment for soil-laboratories. We want to license the digital Casagrande – Soil Analysis Landmark Technology by IP rights via non-exclusive licensing agreements. The licensor requires each licensee to pay royalties. A non-exclusive licensing grants to the licensee the right to use the intellectual property, but means that the company remains free to exploit the same intellectual property and to allow any number of other licensees also to exploit the same intellectual property. We are looking for innovative and open-minded manufacturing companies.
