The technical effect of the claimed group of inventions consists in a low level of out-of-band emission of communication signals. To achieve this, information to be transmitted is used to generate a signal with channel multiplexing based on an orthogonal basis of eigenvectors of a sub-band matrix, calculated for a given frequency range or set of frequency ranges in a given frequency band. On the receiving side, the trusted recovery of information from the received signal is provided. In the receiving/transmitting equipment, any modifications can be used before and after orthogonal multiplexing based on eigenvectors of a sub-band matrix, intended to improve transmission speed, reliability, noise immunity and efficiency, reduce energy expenditure and increase calculating speed and other parameters.

The channel signal generation technology (RVS) – allows to generate signals with high spectral efficiency and low power consumption. When generating a signal, filtering is not used and the signal is not subject to distortion, which allows you to maintain high noise immunity and reduce the requirements for computing resources of the receiving equipment.
