The technical effect of the claimed group of inventions consists in a low level of out-of-band emission of communication signals. To achieve this, information to be transmitted is used to generate a signal with channel multiplexing based on an orthogonal basis of eigenvectors of a sub-band matrix, calculated for a given frequency range or set of frequency ranges in a given frequency band. On the receiving side, the trusted recovery of information from the received signal is provided. In the receiving/transmitting equipment, any modifications can be used before and after orthogonal multiplexing based on eigenvectors of a sub-band matrix, intended to improve transmission speed, reliability, noise immunity and efficiency, reduce energy expenditure and increase calculating speed and other parameters.
