MACHINE FOR DRILLING HOLES IN BEEHIVE FRAME WORKS
[Category : - Motors]
[Viewed 827 times]
The machine for drilling clockworks, beekeeping frames has one electric motor and six shafts (10) and (11) in which the drill bits (12) are attached to the screws (29).
The torque is transmitted from the electric motor to the shaft (11), which has a toothed pulley and transmits the torque to the other five pieces of the shafts (10) via the toothed belts (14).
On the housing (1) there is a slider (6) in which is placed a frame or slats frame and guide (4) and guide sleeve (5) to achieve precise perpendicular to the drill bit (12).
By pressing the slider (6), we press the frame or the frame of the frame onto the drill bits (12) and simultaneously drill six holes at a time, rotate the frame and drill the holes on the other long side of the frame.
Drilling on this drill drills very quickly and we get unified drilled frames so that there would be no problem at all when the wire is threated through the drilled holes and a waxy clock base is placed on that wire.
