Dog Repellent System for Cyclists

[Category : - HEALTH- Life-saving; Fire-fighting- Biking]
[Viewed 1017 times]

A dog repellent system (Called DOG BE GONE). This is attached to a bicycle (or motorcycle). There is a trigger on the handle bars (much like the handle used to apply the bike"s brakes) that activates a spray. The spray covers both bike pedals and sprays a liquid in a wide pattern. This spray irritates the dog and disables the dogs ability to smell and dog backs off. . This can be used for adults or children's cycles. The trigger on the handle bar is attached to a hose and a cylinder that is attached to the bike. The big benefits are: the rider can keep both hands on the handlebars, the spray is wide (cone shaped) so it will spray the animal any where near the pedals, the canister with the fluid can be easily replaced, and the spray has been recommended by a veterinarian so there is no permanent damage to the dog. The rider can make several sprays and still keep the hands on the handlebar. This is a SAFETY FEATURE and every parent that has a bike helmet should want this feature on their child;s bike. Adults who ride could use this if they encounter dogs that chase their bikes. This product can be used anywhere in the world where dogs chase bikes. Especially in countries where there are no leash laws.
THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THIS IN THE MARKETPLACE AND THE PATENT HAS BEEN WRITTEN BY AN EXPERIENCED PATENT ATTORNEY WHO IS PARTNER IN A WORLD WIDE PATENT FIRM.

Financial information

The product can be easily manufactured, is simple in its design and the components needed are all available in the marketplace. The unit could probably sell for $20 to $30 per bike.
