Abstract
The invention relates to means for preparing a beverage from brewed products, such as tea, coffee, herbs, or other brewed or infused products. The device for preparing the beverage consists of a plate base connected to a bag with a brewed product or to accommodate the brewed product. A bag made of a moisture-permeable and/or perforated material, wherein the lamellar base is made nagrywania plate-based liquids, which plunges the bag, and with the possibility of extraction of the product by bending a plate base and compress the bag bendable plate based on the fold line from opposite sides of the base. The plate base has at least two designated fold lines, each of which passes through the area of attachment of the bag to the plate base. The attachment zone of the sachet and / or thread / bond of the sachet is in the form of a point attachment, the sachet having an upper part or thread/bond attached to said plate base. Safe and effective brewing or infusing of the beverage is achieved by maintaining the brewing/infusing temperature, as well as by a simple process of compressing the product after brewing with a reckless and indifferent orientation of the compression direction by the consumer, as well as in connection with self-squeezing in the case of a limited-volume sachet and/or thermal shrinkage of the material and obtaining a variant of stirring the beverage by means of a sachet made in the form of a stick.
Claim
1. A device for preparing a beverage, consisting of a plate of the basics connected with bag to brew a product or to fit the brew product, and a bag made of a moisture-permeable and/or perforated material, wherein the lamellar base is made nagrywania plate-based liquids, which plunges the bag, and with the possibility of extraction of the product by bending a plate base and compress the bag bendable plate based on the fold line from opposite sides of the Foundation, characterized in, that the plate base has at least two designated fold lines, each of which passes through the area of attachment of the bag to the plate base, and the area of attachment of the bag and/or the thread/connection of the bag is made in the form of a point attachment, wherein the bag has an upper part or thread/connection attached to said plate base.
2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the dimensions of the point mount are in the range from 0.01 to 2 cm.

Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the shape of the leaf base may be square, round, ellipse, and the length of half side of the square, the radius of the circle and the length of the major semiaxis of the ellipse are respectively equal to or greater than the distance from the point of attachment of the bag to the base to the opposite end of the bag.
4. The device according to any of claim 1-3, characterized in that the bag for brewing the product may be in the form of a cone or pyramid.

Device according to any of claim 1-3, characterized in that the sachet for brewing the product has an elongated form as sticks and in side view as elongated rectangle, or made in the form of a ball, and a bag made with the possibility of a spin on the principle of a limited amount of to brew the product, and/or thermal shrinkage of the material of the bag.
6. The device according to any of claim 1-3, characterized in that each of the fold lines can be straight or curved and / or continuous and does not necessarily have to continue from edge to edge and can be formed only in certain areas by a dotted line, also the fold line can be double, for example, in the form of two parallel creased lines made at a small distance from each other.
7. A device for preparing a beverage, consisting of a plate of the basics connected with bag to brew a product or to fit the brew product, and a bag made of a moisture-permeable and/or perforated material, wherein the lamellar base is made nagrywania plate-based liquids, which plunges the sachet, wherein the sachet for brewing the product has an elongated form as sticks and in side view as elongated rectangle, or made in the form of a ball, moreover, the bag is made with the possibility of self-pressing on the principle of limited volume for the brewed product and / or thermal shrinkage of the bag material, and the bag has a part or thread / bond attached to said plate base.
8. The device according to claim 7, characterized in that the bag in the form of a stick for brewing the product has a length sufficient for its use when stirring the beverage.
9. The device according to claim 8, characterized in that the length of the bag in the form of a stick is preferably in the range from 6 to 25 cm.
10. The device according to any of claim 7-9, characterized in that the plate base has no designated fold lines or has at least two designated fold lines, each of which passes through the zone of attachment of the bag to the plate base.

The device according to claim 10, characterized in that the zone of attachment of the bag and / or the thread / connection of the bag is made in the form of a point attachment or attachment of one of the sides of the bag directly to the plate base, preferably one of the least lengthwise side of the bag.

14. Bag according to claim 13, characterized in that the bag in the form of a stick for brewing the product has a length sufficient for its use when stirring the drink.
15. Bag according to claim 14, characterized in that the length of the bag in the form of sticks is preferably in the range from 6 to 25 cm.
16. Bag according to claim 13, characterized in that the bag in the form of a stick can be placed in the liquid through a hole or sample in the lid of the container.
17. The bag according to claim 13, characterized in that the entire length of the bag with a certain step can be made stiffeners by adding the bag material or by inserting additional threads or partial sealing of the bag material.
