Small liquid cooler and heater

A liquid cooler or heater has a metallic rod element 4 with a handle 3 and an electrical adapter 1 with a wire 2. The rod subsystem is adapted to overcome the difficulties of prior coolers or heaters. The rod cools or heats the liquid inside the container 5 by passing a direct current through it from the adapter. Switching and the temperature degree of cooling or heating are completely controlled by the keys in the handle 3. A temperature sensor probe 7 is also connected to the handle 3 where cooling or heating operations are performed automatically. Also, a small fan 8 is installed to the rod for mixing the liquid for proper distribution of cold or hot areas.
