The invention provides a sensor conducting wire component and a method for measuring physiological parameters in environment. The sensor conducting wire component comprises the following components: a thin and long wire, which extends from a far-end of the sensor conducting wire component to a near-end; a sensor component, which is equipped near the far-end for providing an electrical output signal by an electric path when measuring physiological parameters; and an electrical unit, which is electrically connected to the thin and long wire at the near-end, wherein a conductive coating is coated on the external surface of the thin and long wire.
