According to the catheter, balloon dilatation is performed in a PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) operation, and at the same time, fine plaques falling from a lesion are trapped in a sealed space formed by the occlusion balloons, the dilatation balloon and a blood vessel wall and extracted timely; during the operation, the balloon dilatation and thrombus suction are accomplished at one time without replacing a device; and the exchange frequency of the medical device in a patient body is reduced, so that complications caused by blood vessel injuries of a patient are reduced.
