A pacifier that can be filled with any type of liquid which also has attachments, such as a teething soother that can also be filled with any liquid and can be frozen to sooth teething and gums. A feeding bottle can also be attached to the oral soother. The bulbs have a small hole at the end such as a feeding bottle teet, where a baby can suck the liquid out.

When the soother is filled with a liquid such as orange juice, will pacify a baby who is in a crying state. Most mothers dip the pacifier in to a liquid such as honey, jam, etc to pacify the baby.
