To solve the problem of children who are victims of heat stroke in cars it is essentially necessary to prevent them from being accidentally left in the car.
For this reason we invented an anti-abandonment system .
We Patented it and we called it "BoB Cam" (Baby on Board Cam).

We will soon be placing our version of the device on the market, however we consider granting the use of the patent to other companies interested in adopting this solution against the problem of car heat stroke.

Our system can detect the actual absence of the child inside the car seat by simply detecting a QR code.
A special QR code is infact applied at the back of the seat, in a position that can be detected by the system when it is not covered by the child, i.e. only when the child is not seating on the car seat.
If instead the child is in the car seat, when th driver shut-down car, code can't be read and the system begin to signals this condition to remember him the presence of the child.

The system complies with the current Italian decree scheme which will soon make it mandatory to use anti-abandonment systems in all cars that carry children under 4 .years old.

-It works without needing a smartphone
-Just one device in the car to monitor multiple seats simultaneously., simply connecting a small camera for each seat to be monitored.
-It can be used even without code and microcameras. ( they are used only to avoid the annoyance of any unnecessary reports.).
-The system is self-diagnostic, in fact if for example the code is not visible or the camera or other component should break, the system assumes and signals the presence of the child on board.
-Does not use weight sensors
-It allows you to view the child on the screen of the car or smartphone, so you can also visually check our children during the trip.
-Suitable for integrating the standard equipment of cars, the system can also be directly connected to eCall or alternative emergency systems.
