SELF- CLEANING DRAINSPOUT UNIT

A new SELF-CLEANING DRAINSPOUT UNIT is a unique invention to prevent the downspout from being clogged with leaves and debris while permitting water in the gutter to enter the downspout. Existing products such as the leaf guard, leaf strainer, grid, shield and screen over the downspout opening, are not adequately preventing from being clogged with leaves and debris, therefore require periodic cleaning and maintenance to avoid the damage of gutters.

This invention is uniquely designed to replace the existing downspout unit with the SELF-CLEANING DRAINSPOUT UNIT in a simple way with a little money and save many thousands dollar for a homeowner.

Protracted rods between the grids from a shaft which comprised buckets are rotating by the gravity as a water mill and push downward every leaves and debris to the ground through the opening whenever they drop on the grid and keep the grid portion always clean.
