? The aim of the invention is to provide a cooked pasta that can
wit hstand storage and does not stick together shortly after being
cooked and mixed with sauce .
? Another aim is to provide a seasoning product for pasta that enables
a past a seasoned with said product to be stored for short to long
periods, also in a fridge, without becoming sticky.
? The pasta treated according to the invention can be stored for several
mont hs without degrading into a sticky product. The treated pasta
has the same consistency of a freshly cooked and seasoned pasta.
? Common storing preservatives may be used in addition to the
inv ention additive to prevent microorganisms growth; addition of
preservatives does not jeopardize the effect of the invention additive.
