I have several patents of Coffee: New innovation of instant coffee, 3 in 1, liquid coffee in can or bottle ... etc. These patents were issued by European, innovated by a small group of Food Scientists who have worked for the giant coffee industry such as Starbucks, Nestle, Lavazza ...etc.
Coffee has lots of advantages and health benefits. It is rich in minerals, manganese, magnesium, as well as vitamins such as B3. This kind of coffee also possesses strong antioxidant properties, contributes to brain cells’ health and protects from several types of cancer and arteriosclerosis.
Unfortunately, this does not apply to instant coffees. The amount of actual coffee beans in instant coffees is minimum and even the ones in are with very low quality. This is due to thermal and water processing in which coffee beans lose their properties causes harmful ingredient, in combination with the aroma, vegetable oil, glucose syrup, and other additions gives the resulting mixture appealing taste. Hydrogenised vegetable oil is also the source of harmful trans fatty acids. Polyphosphates, which regulate acidity, causes excessive secretion of acids when mixing with other ingredients like Milk, Soy, Nuts … etc.
