To Carry a beverage hands free attached to a vest on a pouch infront of an individual. Excellent for toddlers and the handicap.. The vest is eithe slipped over a toddlers head or put on around the neck and then buttoned on the shoulder. It snaps at the waist on either side for a snug fit. A sippy cup or beverage or snack is placed in the pouch for a child or toddler. The pouch can be detached to allow the child to move or run freely with the vest still on.
