The technical results of the invention and positive effects:
1. Ensure a small force of inserting the plug into the socket - makes the socket more enjoyable in operating;
2. Ensure removal the plug out of the socket without drawing efforts, by gently pressing on a button located on the receiver side - makes the socket more enjoyable and safer in operating, because is missing danger of the socket coming out of the wall when removing the plug;
3. Ensure a tight connection of the socket contacts with the plug pins and stably maintaining the plugs into the socket, especially those with smaller diameter of pins - makes the socket more enjoyable in operating, because excludes the uncontrolled output from socket of the plugs with smaller diameter of pins;
4. Ensure automatic decoupling of the plug from the socket in case of overheating of the socket contacts - makes the socket more safer in operating, because excludes melting the plastic elements of the socket and plug, or even burning them when the socket is overloaded or its contacts are defected;
5. Ensure protecting children against electrocution, at the introduction by them of metal objects into the socket - makes the socket more enjoyable and safer in operating, because does not require auxiliary devices to block the holes for the plug pins, so as the children not to have access to them;
6. Ensure impossibility of electrocution of user when inserting of the plug into the socket by touching the pins with your fingers - makes the socket more safer in operating.
The electrical socket is mechanical and does not need to be equipped with sensors etc. It is compatible with the plugs with which electrical appliances are currently equipped and can have gauges close to those of the existing sockets.
„The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to electrical sockets for making electrical connection of a consumer with electrical network by means of a plug connector.
The known electrical sockets contain contacts having some tongues that press against the pins of the plug, inserted into the socket, and some sockets are provided with some lire-shaped grounding contact, the tips of which are pressed against the contact strips of the plug, placed laterally on its body. These pressures produce frictional forces, which makes it difficult to move the plug in the socket, especially when it is removed, because when pulling the plug out of the socket with one hand, it is necessary with the other hand to keep the socket in a certain position. Wall mounted electrical sockets are equipped with some tongues for fixing into flush-mounted box, or are fastened with screws. In spite of the use of different means of keeping the socket in the flush-mounted box, when the plug it is removing without keeping the socket with the second hand, it can happen that she gets out and to break electrical cables from the point of entry into the socket, causing the electrocution of man.
This disadvantage is even more apparent when the socket is placed in a hardly accessible place, because in such places the force that the man can apply to disconnect the plug it is smaller and in some cases it may be impossible to keeping the socket with second hand.
On the other side, the socket receiving plugs with different pins diameters, in the case of the plugs with smaller pins, does not ensure a close connection of the socket contacts with them that is why it often happens that these plugs come out uncontrollably from the socket.
In addition to the disadvantages listed above, most of the electrical sockets currently used have and other disadvantages, related to their exploitation safety. One of these disadvantages is the risk of electrocution of children by inserting metal objects by them into the socket. Another danger posed by electrical socket is overheating of the contacts due to the increase of their electrical resistance, due to worsening, with time, of the contact surfaces, the weakening fixing of the electrical cables to the contacts or the weakening of the pressure with which the tongues of the contacts press against the pins of the plug, which can cause damage to the plastic parts of the socket and the plug, and in the worst case - to their ignition. And a third major disadvantage, related to the security of the use of some construction of electrical sockets, is the risk of electrocution of user when inserting of the plug into the socket by touching the pins with your fingers.
For easier removal of the plug from the socket, are known several solutions. There is known a socket comprising a sliding plate, a spring which is compressed by the sliding plate by inserting the plug into the socket, means for automatically locking the sliding plate in the position where the plug is coupled and means for manually unlocking it, which includes a guided button on the receiving side, the spring compression force facilitating the removal of the plug from the socket [DE2512193A1].
The main disadvantage of this socket consist in increasing the plug insertion force more than twice as opposed to the traditional socket, because here we must overcome both the frictional forces between the contact elements of plug and of socket, as well as the compressive strength of the spring, which must be of such size as to ensure the removal of the plug from the socket. Other disadvantages of the socket are: not ensures to the tight connection of the socket contacts with the plug pins and stably maintaining the plugs into the socket, especially those with smaller diameter of pins; not protecting children against electrocution, at the introduction by them of metal objects into the socket; danger of overheating the electrical contacts of the socket and plug; the possibility of electrocution of user when inserting of the plug into the socket by touching the pins with your fingers.
Is known a similar construction, in which, unlike the first construction, do not block the sliding plate but the plug, through some cuts made in its pins [CN201946832U].
The socket, besides facilitating the removal of the plugs from the socket, also ensures the stable maintenance of its in coupled state. But, in connection with this advantage, there is a great disadvantage, which consists of the incompatibility of the socket with the existing plugs, which do not have the respective cuts in the pins. Other disadvantages of this construction are similar to those of the first analog.
The closest analogue is a socket containing a sliding plate, a spring compressed by the slide plate, by inserting the plug into the socket, means for automatically locking the sliding plate in the position where the plug is coupled and means for manual and automatic release of the slide plate, these latter triggering the plug out, in the event of overheating of the socket contacts [RU2265931C1].
The disadvantages of this socket are: Increasing plug insertion force, more than twice, due to the need to overcome both the frictional forces between the contacts of the socket and of the plug, as well as the compressive strength of the spring; not ensures to the tight connection of the socket contacts with the plug pins and stably maintaining the plugs into the socket, especially those with smaller diameter of pins; not protecting children against electrocution, at the introduction by them of metal objects into the socket; the possibility of electrocution of user when inserting of the plug into the socket by touching the pins with your fingers.
The technical problem that the invention solves consists in making an electrical socket which, in addition to removing the plug from the socket without pulling efforts and automatic disconnection of this in case of overheating of the socket contacts, it also ensures the reduction the plug insertion force, the tight connection of the socket contacts with the plug pins and stably maintaining the plugs into the socket, especially those with smaller diameter of pins, protecting children against electrocution, at the introduction by them of metal objects into the socket, the impossibility of electrocution of user when inserting of the plug into the socket by touching the pins with your fingers.”
