The prototype is a football boot with retractable studs. The mechanism and computation for retraction/extension of studs is programmable. Power source is inbuilt and with 15gm increase in boot weight, with rechargable features with stud motion.Prototype is a 12 stud model with variable retraction/extension pattern.
Possible application:
1)Optimize high length with less stud arrangements during sprint..
2)Optimize low length with high stud arrangements during dribbling.
3) Complete stud retraction in lunged tackle there reducing opponet injury.
