CHIMERIC IMMUNOGLOBULIN PREPARATION

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to biotechnology and immunology, and can be used for producing of chimeric immunoglobulin preparation with specific antiviral or antibacterial effect. Chimeric immunoglobulin preparation contains immune proteins from milk and/or colostrum from immunized cows and stabilizing additives. Chimeric partially humanized bovine secretory immunoglobulin A (S-IgA) is used as immune protein, in which bovine secretory component is substituted by recombinant or donor human secretory component. The base preparation (substance) contains 6-12% chimeric S-IgA, has a pH value of 4-8 and an anticomplementary activity of at least 10 mg of protein, not activating 2 CH50, protects in >70% against infection (in the event of infection of the macroorganism in doses of 10 ID50), is not reactogenic in the case of intravenous administration, and can contain stabilizing additives in a total concentration of not more than 4%. EFFECT: using this composition allows to create high-purity immunoglobulin preparation based on S-IgA with reduced immunogenicity and reactogenicity suitable for oral, parenteral and local adminstration.
