Vari-Vent is a low profile multi-vented steel hip, ridge and headwall closure which can be produced from various gauges of metal substrate.

The ridge cap system provides a beautiful, durable, and low profile design that blends with the roof finish. It also includes high volume NFA (Net Free Area) air flow which helps regulates building temperature. The baseline NFA is 22.68 Sq. inches per lineal foot of slope and 45. 36 Sq. inches for Hip and Ridge. This high NFA flow protects against mold and rotten roof structures, which cause premature and expensive replacement or repairs.

As an additional benefit, it is easily addaptable in production to accomodate any metal roofing product height size or desin, and is fully sustainable. Installation is quick and easy as it is self-flashing and weather sealing to prevent any exposed fasteners or potential water intrusion.

VARI-VENT™ eliminates the following tasks of installation:
Bread panning of panels
* Butyl taping underneath the Z Closure
* Field cutting the Z Closure
* Fastening the Z Closure to panel
* Butyl taping the top of the Z Closure
* Sealing the sides of Z Closure to panels
* Installing an additional piece of venting material
