Patent Exhaust gas emission

I am selling 50% of the rights of a patent application. My new partner will have to help me finalize the idea. Below the idea

Exhaust gas emission aspirator
Exhaust gas is the gas resulting from fuel combustion in engines internal explosion. It consists primarily of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, water vapor, carbon as soot and sulfur products, and the fuel vapor did not burn completely. They are released into the atmosphere from the exhaust pipes on cars, polluting the environment. To reduce the emission of pollutants are used catalytic converters and particulate filters which "diminish" the aggressiveness of the exhaust gases. There are strict standards of emission of gases that must be respected, varying according to the laws of different countries. The car builders have sought solutions to minimize this problem that both have contributed to the pollution of the planet and in many respiratory and heart disease. The electric aspirator exhaust gas emissions can solve or minimize this problem. The system consists of an electric aspirator (1) work when the ignition is switched. Most of the gas, or any gas exiting the exhaust (5) is pulled through the aspirator (1) entering the mouth of the aspirator (4) through the pipe (3) connected to the special filter (2) that transforms into liquid , which in turn sends it to the tank (5) located inside the aspirator, being already deposited there in a liquid state.
