Self-cleaning hair brush
[Category : - Beauty, clothes & personal articles]
[Viewed 2208 times]
A hair brush with a cleaning element for removing entwined hair from the brush after use. The cleaning element of the brush includes a plate(s) with opening through which the bristles protrude. When the plate is expanded, the plate pushes any hairs entwined in the bristles to the tips of the bristles where they are removed. The brush also has a post mechanism, which allows for the adjustment of the cleaning element to various intermediary positions, effectively adjusting the length of the bristles for use of the brush.
Financial informationAt this point in time I am looking for an outright sale of my four (4) patents. My invention was previously licensed to a California company. The problem was my invention was not a good fit for this company. The owner of the company that licensed my invention did not listen and missed the whole hair brush market. My invention is one of the most versatile brushes currently being sold to consumers and his video production missed the mark. Due to that experience rather then license my patents to others I prefer to sell them outright. While on the market my brushes are selling for 5 times the cost of production. The round brush retails for $21.95 and the flat for $14.95. To date about 10,000 units of each the round and flat brush have been sold.
