The CACHEGRIP is a new auto portable medical nebulizer, incorporated into a neckerchief, to administrate medication by nebulization into upper airways of the respiratory system, working in automatic and programmable mode activated by the respiration, to treat diseases, symptoms or disorders of respiratory and otorhinolaryngology forum and to prevent contagious or exposition at infectious, allergenic or toxic agents, without any need of intervention, isolation or changing everyday life of patient.
With this new technology is possible:
> To program the dosages, flows, times and frequencies of the applications
> To realize curative and palliative treatments, in outpatient regime, protected of adverse conditions
> To prevent contagious of infectious, allergens or toxicants agents
> To reduce health care costs in medical appointments, hospitalization and medication.

The aerosoltherapy is the medical technique preferred by medicine to administrate therapeutic agents to treat diseases, symptoms and disturbances of the respiratory and otorhinolaryngological forum.
This preference results from greater effectiveness / maximization of therapeutic effects with lower doses of medication (the topical application of the drug reduces to 1/10 the amount of drug required), greater speed of action with lower adverse and secondary effects, as physiological elimination, drugs resistance and psychological and social effects generated by symptoms.

The new medical nebulizer solves many of the problems that the patients suffer with the diseases and symptoms treatable or preventable with this technique, namely:
- Isolation.The self-portabilily and self-sufficiency of the device, incorporated into a neckerchief, allows administrate, by programmed and automatic mode, the therapeutic agents (curative or palliative) in outpatient regime, without any patient's need of isolation or change their life daily.
- Inactivity. With the new device the patient can realize the treatments (curative or palliative) in outpatient regime, reducing the physical and psychosocial impacts of symptoms, promoting well-being and quality of life.
- Prevention. The neckerchief protects the pathology from adverse environmental conditions and relieves permanently the patients of uncomfortable symptomatology as well as, protects the people of contagious, allergens and toxins agents
