Before You Tow "Fluorescent Double-Stick" notes for cars

Cars are often towed because car owners don't have a contact sticker on their windshield of their car. The "Before You Tow" stickers can be placed on the windshield of the car with the owner's phone and name, so that the Towing agency or parking owner can call before the tow is done. It would also save both the car owner and the Police a lot of headache, as Police have to file two reports and are scared of getting countersued in case the car is damanaged rnwhile being towed! Current Sticky Notes are not fluorescent and do not glow in the dark, they don't have "double-stick" to attach firmly to the car and don't have "inside-out" sticky surfaces. The invention would include 'double-sticky' surfaces and 'inside-out' sticky surfaces
