An axial flux permanent magnet electrical machine, with magnetic flux concentration, is disclosed. The electrical machine according to this invention has at least one stator and at least one rotor coaxial with the stator and mounted for rotation relative to the stator. One of the rotor (or stator) has a plurality of permanent magnets mounted radially, with alternating circumferential magnetization and interrelated with magnetic poles. The other part, namely the stator (or rotor), has a plurality of discrete windings, mounted radially, at equal distance, on the stator (or rotor) support.rnThe present invention proposes a solution to reduce the mass (and thus the inertia) of the rotor and also a solution to mount the magnetic poles onto a rotor wheel.rnMore information here: Link and here:rnLink
