An exercise apparatus designed to provide a total body workout, including patented multi-planar range of motion abdominal exercises. The user can target the upper, lower, and side (oblique) abdominal muscles at the same time in the same rep.

In addition to the most effective and efficient abdominal workout possible, the machine also provides a fully adjustable weight bench (flat, incline, decline) for upper body strengthening, as well as a full leg exerciser (hamstrings, quadriceps) for lower body strengthening.

It's not just theory - I have a hand-built prototype that I've been using for a number of years with great success.
