The present invention refers to a device made of a resistant plastic material with a predetermined size, which is perfectly adapted and inserted within a conventional toilet tank, the installed device allowing a specific amount of water to pass to the toilet bowl, removing by gravity the solid and the liquid wastes from the toilet, also allowing an other specific amount of water to remain within the toilet tank, the invention therefore promoting substantial 60 % of water savings, since the inventive device is quite like a deposit located within the toilet tank, which is operated and installed without modifying the original structure of the toilet.
