Total Units = 572 x 20 = 11440 units sale for first year
Rate per unit = Approximate Rs. 18000
Therefore 11440 units Rate = Rs. 18000 x 11440
= Rs. 205920000
There is profit is 65 to 70%

There for the profit is = Rs. 133848000 for first year

So i want license for 1st year = Rs. 65000000 (or $ 1000000)

After 1st year i want Royalty 25% of profit per year.
