Sun Visors are devices found in automobiles used for the purpose of blocking direct sunlight from entering a driver's eyes. These units are generally located on the interior of a vehicle, above the windshield. My invention incorporates transmitters that sends signals obtained by ultraviolet (UV) sensors on the sun visor when sunlight is detected in order to control small motors which actuate the sun visor's movement. It will actually detect which direction the sunlight is most prevalent and rotate to that direction, This invention not only can help to lower our car insurance as a safety feature, it also helps our elderly and new drivers as well by keeping them focused on the road. This idea can also be incorporated into airplanes and household blinds as well.

Nearly 1.3 million people die in road crashes each year, on average 3,287 deaths a day. An additional 20-50 million are injured or disabled. The sun visor is specifically designed to keep the sunlight out of the driver's face. If we had a device to help rotate the sun visor, It would lessen the chances of an accident and help lower our car insurance as an added safety feature.
