The present invention is a unique authentication device to replace or function with: identification cards, citizen cards passports, debt or credit cards, finger prints, eye, voice authentication or other similar forms of identification and authentication. This present invention uniquely identifies an individual by reading the dermal papillae layer of an individual’s skin near and around the wrist (as a wrist band), ankle, neck or other areas of the human body and digitizes the dermal papillae layer to be encrypted to a Central Processing Unit (CPU) that may only activates when the concealed unique individual dermal papillae skin layer is read below the epidermis skin layer. Allowing a Digital Certification of the encryption to be read by the governments further allowing Banks or other such institutes to verify the unique individual via the present invention to the authentication of the identity of the individual and or so that it may functions as the individual’s signature.
