AbstractrnA multi-functional exercise device that can be maneuvered between a variety of configurations for facilitating a variety of targeted exercises includes a top section, a torque manipulator adjustably attached to the top section, and an intermediate section adjustably attached to the torque manipulator. Advantageously, the torque manipulator causes greater resistance to rotational movement of the top section relative to the intermediate section when the top section is rotated, along a first rotational direction, from a rested equilibrium position to a displaced tensioned position. Advantageously, the torque manipulator causes lesser resistance to rotational movement of the top section relative to the intermediate section when the top section is rotated, along a second rotational direction, from the displaced tensioned position to the rested equilibrium position.
