With the swivel slicer you only need one hand to cut the food as opposed to two hands, as with most other chopping devices. The knife swivels left and right and up and down so you have full control of the direction you are cutting.
This product can be purchased with different attachments for whatever slicing thickness you need. With these attachments comes a safety device so there is no bloodshed.
It is on a wooden cutting board, easy to clean with soap and water. The swivel knife can be removed for cleaning.
This item is used in the kitchen, easy to store and clean and has no electronic devices attached to damage or break.

Many folks do not like the new electronic or plastic devices with attachments, they like the old fashion way of slicing and dicing their food.
