Solar Apparatus for Steam Generation Industrial & Domestic Use

[Category : - RENEWABLE ENERGY]
[Viewed 1490 times]

The present invention relates to solar-powered apparatus which converts liquids into gaseous vapors. The solar powered apparatus employs parabolic trough for absorbing solar radiation. The process of operation is concentrating the sunrays by parabolic trough and automatic Sun tracking is done. Heat is collected by a collector. The specialty of the collector is that the heat will be collected, where the beam falls on it. Due to that one axis tracking from East to west is eliminated, without radiation absorption loss, so that the movement of the system 90% is avoided and system is more stable and another axis Sun tracking from North- South is there with electronic feedback control system, which is of very low movement. Tracking system starts in the morning and stops in the evening automatically. And the system automatically restarts in the next day morning. For any parabolic system two axis tracking is needed, hear one axis tracking is eliminated. This system can be made large as per the heat energy requirement. When water is used as heating media steam can be generated. The steam can be used for industrial or domestic purposes, for house, hostels, canteens and remote places where fuels are scares. Domestic cooking for house can be seen in the video on web page. Link
Benefits of the system are (1) it is alternate energy, (2) pollution free, (3) free energy, (4) use of remote areas, where fuels are scares.
