Typically electric fences employed in the agricultural industry for control of stock involve attachment of electric fence wire to star pickets. Existing insulators on the star pickets are tedious to install and involve the use of both hands. In addition pins are required to attach the insulators to the pickets which are often lost during the installation. This invention includes a pin integral to the insulator and a clip to attach the electric wire to it. The invention saves time and money in installing an electric fence.
