New antibiotics to control multi-drug resistant MRSA

The present invention provides for an antimicrobial formulation/ composition comprising of a chemical derivatives as highly effective against MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus). Advantageously, the derivatives of the present invention offers a target specific antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, said derivatives not being toxic for human application can be thus applied for the treatment any infections caused by Gram(+) bacteria and particularly for multi-antibiotic resistant MRSA infection which is really difficult to control in recent scenario.
