The Detourmenator G.L.A.P.S. is a global position satellite chip that is installed in firearms. The chip contains all pertinent information such as the owner's name, address, type of weapon, and the serial number associated with that firearm. It acts as a main source of communication with authorities. With a wand accessory, it is also possible to gather the identifying information even when the serial number has been removed. This chip will relay all information as well as the exact location of the firearm to a central command center when the safety has been turned off. If the gun is fired, a tracking system is set into motion to track every move made by the firearm. Also, if the authorities feel the firearm is a threat to the public, command can send a signal via satellite to disable the firearm with a micro-servo in the safety switch.
