ANCHOR MECHANICAL self-expanding
[Category : - OTHER]
[Viewed 1267 times]
The present industrial invention patent application describes a new and innovative type of
expandable wall stops adapted for the stable anchoring of elements such as screws, hooks
and the like into structures such as ceilings, false ceilings, walls, and similar surfaces. More
25 in detail, the present document describes a new type of stops, in which the stable and
efficient anchoring, of the element which is intended to be fixed to the wall, is guaranteed by
an automatic and irreversible expansion mechanism of the casing, containing the element to
be fixed, into the wall. In the previously described type of wall stops, said automatic
expansion is triggered by a simple manual action performed by the operator on the head of
the stop, i.e. on the portion of stop projecting from the wall. This manual action to be
performed by the operator to stably fix the casing into the wall as well as, by way of nonlimiting
example, the screw, consists in pushing with relatively light pressure the head of the
stop towards the surface of the wall. This action shall determine the sequential 5 movement of
specific components in the casing, and described in detail hereinafter, which shall in turn
produce a thrust sufficiently strong to cause the opening of the tabs usually present on the
outer surface of the casing, previously inserted into of a hole suitably made on the portion of
interest of the wall.
