Phone Account Id scan

Mobile phone scan for banking account (checking and saving) but add an extra security to scan checks. For example an security code that only the user has to identify them as the account holder and to avoid of being scammed or have the bank have the person's cell phone number on file to match the account.


Financial information

The reason why I want to give this idea is for people will not be scammed and the bank doesn't lose any money. I would like to have a license with loyalties.
