My invention is to repair pvc urinal flanges rather than cutting open walls to replace the flange. On pvc flanges where the bolts are held by the flange these wings Crack and distort from over tightening the bolts or from age of the pvc. My invention opens and goes over behind the actual flange and you can cut out the bad wings and my device makes new wings for the bolts. There is no device on the market that solves this until now. This is a problem that exists global but I have solved from being in the trade for 26 years. I can send pictures to any interested parties.
