Abstract:
(EN)A multipurpose sensor is in the form of a field-effect transistor or an IGBT which is connected into a diagonal of a diode bridge. The transistor is turned on by a turn-on device connected between the drain and the gate and is turned off by a switching device connected between the gate and the source. The turn-on device used can be a resistor, and the switching device used can be a reed switch or other elements. Owing to the diode bridge, the current through the transistor flows in one direction. Since field-effect transistors and IGBTs have a high input resistance, a low current flows through the switching device, and this increases the operational reliability of said switching device.

Le transistor s'ouvre par un dispositif d'ouverture branché entre le train et la grille et se ferme par un dispositif de commutation branché entre la grille et la source. On peut utiliser en tant que dispositif d'ouverture la résistance et en tant que dispositif de commutation un interrupteur à lames souples ou d'autres éléments.
