At least one indication is received by the server from the vendor, based on the real time data regarding at least consumer use of the network services provided via the at least one venue located network access point, to provide at least one consumer with at least one promotion. In response to the at least one indication, the at least one promotion is transmitted to the at least one customer from the server via the at least one venue located network access point.
