Wall bed weight compensation mechanism
[Category : - Furnitures]
[Viewed 3182 times]
This is a proven mechanical device that allows surface rotation from up-straight position into horizontal position and vice-versa. Specially designed to be used in fold-away beds and wall beds.
The device allows turning 90 degrees up and down from vertical to horizontal position any fold-away bed. The movement requires very little effort to make it happen as It works seamlessly when making both upward vertical and downwards horizontal movements. Anyone can fold-down and up the bed with no operational danger.
We had delivered 7.000 + units in the local market showing customers are choosing us over other wall bed systems, sofa-beds and other options that might look good and suitable at a glance but fail short to please users with a comfortable sleep when in their resting time.
Among many, our major users are:
-Small apartment residents willing to enhance their square feet usage
-Clinics and hospitals to provide comfortable beds to their interns
-College dorms
-Companies providing their employees with relax and resting areas
-Home-based workers willing to both use their premises as office and bedrooms
-Many people annoyed with other folding mechanisms due to the bad experiences they've had (backaches, short lasting systems, poor usage experience, etc)
When comparing to other available technologies, major highlights are:
-Adaptable to all bed sizes
-Supports both foam and spring mattresses
-The mattress is never bended, twisted, shrinked tweaked in any way
-No pistons, no shock-struts or hooked-coils are used, hence no poor user experience nor complaints
-Lower overall unitary product cost
Note: even though our device was originally designed to be used in fold-away beds it can also be adapted to multiple constructive equipment, devices and systems describing similar uses and based in same movement principle.
Financial information- We are looking to sale-out the device making know-how: technical specifications and construction procedures
- This know-how has never been licensed or sold previously
