This isa circuit for 4 bit but it can be extended for n bit by continuing it in the similar fashion.
In this circuit for four bit magnitude comparator using four single bit magnitude comparators, first the MSBs of both the inputs(A3 & B3) are compared by first IC.A3=B3 output of this IC is connected to Vcc of 2nd IC.
