My invention/patent is a device much needed in the cell phone industry. This device allows all of us that live, work and play in cold weather climates around the globe to use our cellular devices. The device is a heating element that can be integrated into the phone itself, the case, or fits between the case and the phone itself. It is a low voltage heating element that can be made in a variety of styles an types all covered in the patent. This device extends the life of the phone battery as well as allows one to use the phone in extreme cold weather environments around the globe....it is appropriate that an app. be written to accompany the device. As the device has a separate battery it will never use up the cell battery.....in fact it allows the cell phone battery to maintain the optimal temperature range in any weather....

There is no other technology available on the market at this time....this is the answer to phones dying or exploding in cold weather areas. There is a huge market as 35% of the worlds population live in cold weather climates, and about 55% of the world population vacations, works or visit cold weather climates.

I have had a provisional patent for 11 months, and filed the utility patent in June of 2014 with the US patent office......in touch with kyocera as well as a couple other big name companies, this info an contacts go with the sale or lease....I have copies of the filing an the invoices including the contact info with my patent attorney in Utah...

The cell phone industry is a 94 Billion Dollar a year industry.....even a fraction of a percentage of that industry is tens of millions of dollars of profit on the heater invention each year. Great investment for anyone....
